Our story
From one firm’s back office
The firm behind PI Agency Portal ran into the same problems every growing agency does: cases tracked in spreadsheets, agreements signed on paper, reports built in a word processor, investigators paid from a separate spreadsheet, and clients phoning for updates.
So it built one system to run everything: intake, retainers, surveillance logs, reports, client updates, invoicing, payouts and the books, across several regions and a team of investigators. That system is what we now offer to other agencies, each set up with its own name and kept completely private.
